We, from Lakes ‘n’ Knödel, want to support you in leaving your comfort zone, experience beautiful nature and have an awesome time with likeminded people. Your bike will be the first glue of the connection and the track and your approach to tackling the adventure, will bring smaller groups together. Therefore we give you and a little “Serving Suggestion” on how you could approach the second edition of Lakes ‘n’ Knödel.
Knödel - Dispraiser

The Knödel-Dispraiser doesn’t mind inhaling Knödel. Taste is not mandatory to them. Likewise they are not bothered to refuel and taking power naps in front gas stations at 2am. Sleep debreviation has been part of their training plan.

As a Knödel-Connoisseur you got the ability to sit down, enjoy the views, while chewing the tasty Knödel. Your mindset is flexible towards sleep-debreviation, as you are willing to take power naps on any given surface but also willing to book a proper hotel bed.
