Refund Policy
We’d like to be as flexible as possible regarding the refund policy and are thankful for support we receive by suppliers, logistics, media and other necessities. Thank you for understanding that we need to cover the expenses for organizing Lakes ‘n’ Knödel.
Till 31st January 2026: 70% of the entry fee.
From 1st February till 30th April 2026: 50% of the entry fee.
From 1st May till 15th June 2026: 25% of the entry fee.
After 15th June 2026: none.
For options 2 and 3, we can give an additional option, in case of finding a replacement participant within 10 days, we can refund 70% of the entry fee.
If the event is cancelled as a result of local restrictions, natural disasters, war, strike, legal interventions, major accidents during the event, pandemics, lockdowns, or similar causes, Lakes ‘n’ Knödel will reschedule the event, and participants can choose between two options:
1) keep the place for the rescheduled date
2) for a limited time, a refund of 70% of the entry fee.
Once the event has begun, no refund will be offered if it is cancelled, postponed or rerouted. In case of adverse weather or risky conditions the track might be partially rerouted. No refunds will be offered in this case.

The Starter Package will not be sent after cancellation and can just be picked up on site. It’s connected to the participation.
